NorthWapiti's Wired of Kelim

When Karen Ramstead told us she bred Watt to Sprite we told her right away we want a pup from that litter - didn't care, male or female.

Sprite has been a main stay on her race team for years, was a leader and lead her team under the finish of the 2008 Iditarod. Watt was a super star, one of her very favorite dogs of all time, out of one of her favorite litters of all time and an Iditarod finisher. She gave us pick of two black & white girls, Sobe & Wired. We were more drawn to Wired so picked her - and boy are we glad we did!

Wired at 5 wks and 4 months

Wired is a beautiful dog, we love her head type, she is nicely built and is a superb mover, one of the best we have ever had. I would LOVE to show her, but she hates the crowds. She has a awesome personality and is one of our very favorites. She is funny her personality just draws you in.

Wired was always a solid yearling on the ATV but WOW did she shine once we got on sleds. She was fast and showed loads of potential in lead. She quickly made it on the A team and showed us she IS the top performing girl in our yard, she's a real gem in harness. She has super tough feet too and injury free. She leads quite well and has no problems leading a 12 dog team on a fast run. She's just so cool in many ways! We can see lots of Wired litters in the future!
